Seedy Bread Buns

1 teaspoon yeast and ½ cup warm water (dissolve)

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/3 cups plain flour

1 tablespoon of seeds

  • Add honey and salt to dissolved yeast and
  • Add flour and seeds and knead for 5
  • Divide into 4 and roll into buns.
  • Place in foil container, brush with milk and sprinkle seeds on top.
  • Allow to rise for 15 minutes.
  • Place on greased baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes at 210c.



1 cup of flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon caster sugar

1 teaspoon yeast

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

200 ml warm water

  • Mix flour, salt, sugar, year and olive oil in a bowl.
  • Mix in warm water slowly.
  • Place on greased surface and knead into a circle shape.
  • Cover with tomato sauce.
  • Sprinkle on grated cheese and any other topping you wish.
  • Place on greased baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes at 190c.
